Specifications of HTC Wizard

Image
Here's some of the specifications (from MS Mobiles ) built-in Wi-Fi processor: OMAP850 195 MHz ! Since Skype needs 400 MHz to run properly, such slow processor may be too slow to handle Skype voice calls and some other applications. Having Pocket PC phone with built-in Wi-Fi and no ability to run Skype client is pointless. powered by Windows Mobile 5.0 for Pocket PC no UMTS(aka 3G) on board, but it supports GSM, GPRS and EDGE built-in 1.3 megapixel camera built-in Bluetooth slide-out Qwerty keyboard (side-wise) display resolution: 320x240 (with orientation switching horizontal <-> vertical) - clearly if you need Pocket PC phone with VGA resolution, then the HTC Universal is the only answer! mini-USB socket - for charging and synchronization with computer - so no need to use proprietary cables - you can have one and only cable for your Pocket PC phone, digital camera, MP3 player, GPS receiver, etc. size: height and width are the same as in the case of HTC Magician (i.e. i-mate

Orange Captures W800i For First Release News

Orange has announced that it will be the first to carry the Sony Ericsson W800i music phone in the UK. The release date is the 12th August 2005, and will be a very high profile launch at London’s Oxford Street, which will include Jamiroquai’s front man Jay Kay. But the omen’s don’t look to good. But a study of digital music devices by TechnoMetrica Market Intelligence has found that 140 million adult Americans have not heard of the Walkman phone. “Sony has still not got the word out about its Walkman phone,” said Constantine Kambanis, an analyst at TechnoMetrica. “Our findings suggest that the Walkman phone is poorly positioned for a head-to-head match against Apple’s iPod or Dell’s Digital Jukebox. It has a weak showing among the consumer groups that propelled the iPod to superstardom.” Orange Captures W800i For First Release News
