Way Modern Chinois recently relocated to their new outlet in 1 Utama Shopping Center on 28 December 2023. Formerly, they were at Damansara Heights. The new outlet is located at Lot 343A Oval, nearer towards the Rainforest Zone. I was attracted to their opening promo which is their Half Truffle Roast Duck for RM8.80++ but the promo finished when I arrived 😖 Molecular Skinless XLB (Xiao Loong Bao) - RM6.00++ My review of their specialty Xiao Loong Bao is very unique without the typical skin i.e. skinless. The soup and meat contain the ginger & vinegar inside. For me, I would rate it as 3/5. Wagyu Porcupine Bun - RM13.00++ per piece This particular dish is so cute that I need to order. It contains black pepper infused Wagyu beef inside. I feel that the black pepper flavor is very overpowering. For me, I would rate it as 3/5. To those who invested in Private Retirement Scheme (PRS) in Malaysia, it is super important to submit (by hand) your Nomination Form to Private Pension Administrator Malaysia (PPA). You may invest in PRS via Versa PRS (using their app) for zero-paper application and deposits. Unfortunately, there is no online platform service for submitting the Nomination Form. All PRS Members are required to meet their respective PRS consultant/ PRS Provider/Bank/PPA in person to submit all relevant documents when making a nomination. OSAKA (Kyodo) -- Daihatsu Motor, the small-car unit of Toyota Motor, said Monday it will keep its domestic production suspended until at least the end of January after having halted all domestic shipments due to a safety testing scandal. Daihatsu, which has been inspected by Japan's transport ministry, said it does not know when it can resume shipments or production. The latest Electrical Vehicles from Xiaomi will rival the Porsche Taycan Turbo. It's powered by Xiaomi's own HyperOS. This is not a concept EV, but a real production EV by Xiaomi. It's like Xiaomi SU7 = Tesla + Porsche 😂 The SU7 Max with dual motors pushes 664hp and 838Nm of torque. It can get from 0-100km/h in just 2.78 seconds, up to a top speed of 265km/h.  Using an 800V battery architecture, the Xiaomi SU7 can be fast charged with up to 220km range in just 5 minutes or up to 510km range in 15 minutes.  The slippery design delivers an impressively low drag coefficient of just 0.195cd. The 101kWh battery boasts up to 800km of CLTC-rated range on a single charge.

KUALA LUMPUR (Dec 27): TSA Group Bhd is pricing its shares at 55 sen apiece, seeking to raise some RM42.53 million through an initial public offering (IPO) on Bursa Malaysia’s ACE Market. At 55 sen per share, the industrial hardware products and stainless steel pipes and metal products manufacturer is expected to have a market capitalisation of RM170.12 million after listing, valuing the company at about 4.23 times its price-earnings multiple — based on a net profit of RM39.85 million for the financial year ended Dec 31, 2022 (FY2022). At the prospectus launch on Wednesday, the group said RM42.53 million of the proceeds will be raised from the issuance of 77.33 million new shares, representing 25% of its expanded share capital of 309.3 million shares.
